Membership at Orbit Chain Capital is private and restricted to qualified individuals or those personally invited by existing members. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Investment & Private Transactions
All deposits made into Orbit Chain Capital are considered private transactions between the company and its members. As a private investment program, Orbit Chain Capital operates under applicable exemptions. We are not a licensed bank, security firm, or FDIC insured. All investments are made at your own risk.
- Minimum investment amount: $100 (subject to plan selection)
- Profits are calculated based on selected investment plan
- Withdrawals are processed instantly or within 24 hours maximum
- Orbit Chain Capital reserves the right to adjust rates and commissions without prior notice
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All communications, information, and materials provided by Orbit Chain Capital are confidential and for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary information without written consent. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
4. Risk Disclosure
By investing with Orbit Chain Capital, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Market Risk: Cryptocurrency and Forex markets are highly volatile and can result in rapid losses.
- Liquidity Risk: In certain market conditions, withdrawals may be delayed or limited.
- Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations may affect the legality or operation of our services.
- Technical Risk: Blockchain network congestion, cyber attacks, or technical failures may impact transactions.
Orbit Chain Capital employs industry-leading security measures and risk management strategies, but we cannot guarantee against losses. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Spamming, unsolicited commercial emails (UCE), or any form of mass messaging promoting Orbit Chain Capital
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or bypass security measures
- Posting false, defamatory, or misleading information about the company
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
6. Modifications to Terms & Services
Orbit Chain Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Chain Capital and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your last deposit.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Orbit Chain Capital.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services and close your account immediately.
